4. If it is not used for a long time, it is necessary to empty the materials in the containers such as heat conducting oil tank, asphalt tank and oil washing tank, clean them after emptying, close all valves of liquefied gas tank and pipeline system, fill all lubricating parts with lubricating oil and store them well with cloth.

5. The asphalt tank, oil washing tank and heat conducting tank should be cleaned up every 2000 hours.

6. All filters of asphalt pavement maintenance vehicle must be unloaded and cleaned every 500 hours.

7. Parking garage should be ventilated and dry.

8. Electrical system: The electrical appliances of asphalt pavement comprehensive maintenance vehicle can be divided into three parts: automatic control, safety protection, power supply and lighting warning.

(1) Automatic control system. DC24V solenoid valve is used to control the whole operation of gas and hydraulic system. It is equipped with adjustable heating program automatic control of the hot wall, automatic ignition of the silo and automatic control of heating temperature, automatic switching between charging and battery power supply, and wireless remote control system of the hot wall.

(2) Safety protection system. To ensure personal and equipment safety. The comprehensive maintenance vehicle for asphalt pavement is equipped with automatic gas leakage alarm and cutting off gas source, gas overpressure and low pressure protection, and warehouse ignition monitoring - automatically closing gas valves and issuing alarms when the warehouse extinguishes.

9. Hydraulic system

(1) Before starting the system: observe the level gauge, check whether the hydraulic oil level and oil temperature are normal, whether the components and fasteners are tightened, and the reversing valve should be in unloading state. When the oil level is less than 2/3 of the normal oil scale, the filtered oil should be supplemented. When refueling, the barrel mouth, tank mouth and tubing should be cleaned. After refueling, the tank level should be kept within the specified range (i.e. 90% of the full scale).

(2) Operation of the system: hang up the force collector, the hydraulic oil pump runs without load for ten minutes, and the system can work normally. When operating, it can use the knob in the electronic control box or the button on the remote control box. When the electrical system fails, it can also be operated directly by the handle of the hydraulic multi-way valve.

(3) Shutdown: The pump should be unloaded before the system stops running. When the system is out of service for a long time, the oil in the system should be released, the system should be cleaned up, and new oil should be injected into the system before reuse.
